He has a pretty strong accent but you can still pretty much understand him. A lot of times he does problems on the board that end up wrong and you have to go back in your notes and scratch it all out and redo it. Other than that, he's a great instructor, an easy grader and gives a ton of extra credit. I got at least 100% on pretty much everything.

Dr. Cai is an excellent and knowledgeable teacher. He always has a smile on his face, and is really seems interested in teaching the material. I would take him again in a heartbeat.
