Love his classes and look forward to attending every one because he's just so funny! Genuinely cares about his students and treats everyone very fair. Unfortunately he's retiring this semester; I would've loved to take another of his course. Never encountered a friendlier and funnier professor! Thank you Dr. Arroyo!

Always seems to enjoy teaching. Has a great sense of humor and a lot of experience which gives him much credibility. EGN 1935 is attendance-based so difficulty and helpfulness is irrelevant but it was a good experience.

He tries to do things to keep students awake by acting silly. The way he teaches is fairly different, but to a beginner, he might be skipping a few more steps than he should. He has a tendency of talking bad about lam and favoring schwartz. But he's gotten better throughout the semester.

His style is great. His dry and dark humor and his silly jokes are a great learning tool. He is a great teacher with lots of experience. If you take a class with him, though I cannot guarantee that you will get a good grade, I can vouch you'll learn a lot
