The University of Florida also known as UF is one of the most prominent universities in Florida. It’s a public university established on the premise of land, sea and space research grants. The 2013 U.S. News & World Report places it among the top 20 public universities in the USA-a public Ivy university. By student population, it’s the second largest in Florida.
