My favorite professor of all time! His lectures are super interesting and funny, tests come straight from his lectures, don't buy the book. Go to class, take notes, listen for the "ding" and you'll be fine! Easy A.

I took him for abnormal psych. Attendance isn't mandatory but he does reward those who don't miss more than like 3 classes. He goes over the information very in depth, definitely take notes. He makes a lot of jokes and is very eager to answer questions. I never even bought the text book and made an A in the class. I highly recommend him! :)

Great professor! Very easy going, wants to make sure you actually understand the material! I learned so much from this professor, if you have any interest in psychology his class is a must! Very nice and helpful when you ask questions! Go to class, take good notes, listen, sit up front and pay attention!

Tells a joke before every class. Don't buy the book because he uses his notes on all 4 tests, drops lowest test grade. Good Professor but writes in cursive so sit up as close as possible! If you are not good at taking good notes this is not the class for you. Test are easy, I received an A, and I recommend him to alomst anyone

Loved the professor. He made the class very very interesting!! If I could take the class again I definately would. Didnt use the book. He always tells a joke at the beginning of class. Study the notes from class and the tests are easy!

Great teacher! I would definitely take another class with him. Tests are straight from lecture notes so attending class is mandatory. Don't bother buying the book if you go to class. No homework, no projects. Just exams, drops the lowest one. He's a great instructor. Wish more teachers taught this way!

Professor Bass teaching style is different, yet helpful. No power points, he talks. He talks slow and repeats the information so everyone can right it down in a fair amount of time. Money's worth. He is genuinely nice and funny. 4 tests, drops lowest test grade. Attendance isn't mandatory, but don't take advantage of that. Overall easy A.

Professor Bass is so funny. He tells a corny joke before every class to lighten the mood. You will defintely learn to take good notes in the class, as he does not teach from PowerPoint. Having said this, come to class, take good notes, and study and you will do fine on the tests. 4 tests and he allows you to drop 1. Definitely recommend!

Lectures 3 hrs with 10" break. Tests from lectures. ALWAYS includes 3 or 4 questions NOT covered in class/book each semester, very disappointing! Teaches so many classes he forgets he has missed something. Serious students beware! Does not respond to emails.

Took the class twice because its pretty easy the first time I didnt go to class, and just got the notes from other people and it greatly effected my grade. Second time went to class, hard to stay focus in the class he talks for 3 hours str8t, hard to study so much info for a exam that is only 50 questions

Excellent teacher (funny)& a very interesting class.Loved it!The book is not necessary as tests are ALL based off of his lectures. Go to class,take notes,study those notes & you will get an A!I never used the book.Most of what he talks about isn't in the book so if you miss a class you screw yourself...Def great class!!

Mr. Bass is great. I don't know what the last person is talking about when he/she says he talks too fast. English is my 2nd language & I never had a problem. He always answered my ?s after class or during breaks. U'll get an A IF u go to class, take good notes, & study a little bit. I posted my notes on blackboard & a lot of ppl found it helpful.

Abmormal Psych book = VERY interesting! However, don't even bother to read it cause I'm pretty sure Prof Bass doesn't. All test Q's are from lectures only. REFUSES to use ppts or post online! Talks fast & sometimes writes a few unreadable words on the chalkboard. IMPOSSIBLE to contact, NEVER replies to e-mails/isn't present for office hours.
