Pretentious to the max. Always brags about how smart he is. He aspires to be worst chem eng prof once Ding-Yu Peng has retired. Doesn't believe in part marks. How many times did he really need to tell us about when he had to write the Navier Stokes Equations on his PHD test?

Although I dropped the class because he marks hard and has really hard tests and assignments, I still like him. He's a nice guy and and does his best to teach a hard class. I respected that he took the pies in pie throw because most profs won't. All in all I'd definitely take another one of his classes again.

Comment:
Most of the probs he assigns as homework relate nothing to the examples he does in class, and then he never provides any valuable solutions to those problems, so if you're having difficulty solving a question, there's nothing available to guide you in the right direction. Not a great prof. Very hard

At any rate, Phoenix is a complete jerk. He tries to be a nice guy and all, but he really turns out to be an ****, not to mention a god-aweful teacher. He always brags about his funny "accomplishment". If you can skip him, do so!!

Pretentious, brags about his "amazing accomplishments" as a chemical engineering student. Obsessed with biking and speed skating, was quite pleased with himself for putting a question on the exam that only a handful of students managed to answer correctly.

Easiest class I've ever taken at University (and I've taken 2 phil. classes). Nice guy who's quick to offer help if you need it. The concepts are basic. I encourage ANYONE to take this class, even if your not an engineer.

Great guy, expects you to work hard, but is willing to work just as hard to make sure you get it. Might be Preston Manning? I think you meant Doogie Howser.

A bit unfair with tests/quizzes, but cares that the students actually will learn the material. Doesn't mind dishing out bad marks.
