She's not the nicest in class but is nice in office hours, if you come w. specific questions. She doesn't teach well, but you can practice the exam online. This means you never need to study the 'why' of Chem 2 which is BAD if you need Chem 3 (but good if you don't). Also, if you get under a 56 on the last Rxs test, you automatically fail the class

Worst professor I have had at this college. I changed my major from bio to psyc because of this professor. She is very nice and makes very corny metaphors to connect organic chem to life, but she is impossible to understand and very hard. Her class is pretty much online. I dropped her on the last way to get a W, and totally changed direction!

I had to work so hard to get an A in her Organic Chem class. She is a sweetheart but her style of teaching chem is annoying because you don't actually learn anything. Its all online and very annoying that she doesn't do any work herself.

If you don't need to go any further in chem, take ada. all the class is is just retaking practice quizzes online until you can spit back answers without actually understanding why. its easy because you don't have to know reasons for your answers, but you WILL NOT learn chemistry!!! she's a nice funny lady who doesnt teach.

I had this professor in my first semester of organic chemistry. She is one of the most lethargic teacher.Just because I had her in my first semester I am having hard times in organic reactions because I didnot learn anything in her class and my chem 3 professor think that I knwo everything. If u have have any class with her DROP it right away.

She can not teach at all. I have had her twice now and the class just sucks. She is not only an incompitant teacher but she is rude and degrading to her students. How she still has a job in this economy is beyond me. Study the online database over and over again

Hard class and very time consuming. Ada comes off as extremely mean and angry all the time. However, she can be a very nice person if she sees that you're working your butt off. You must must must stay on top of things in that class and practice all the time! You'll learn more than just chem in that class: i.e. how to be a responsible adult!!

Absolutely awful professor! Avoid her at all cost. You learn nothing in class the only way to do even ok it to take a lot of time to do the online assignments and teach yourself the material...but who wants to do that? also the last exam before the final determines whether you pass or fail the class no matter what your grade.

WARNING!!! You are on your own for a class with her!! Be prepared for online exams with no partial credit. She has a heavy accent and is difficult to understand. Avoid this professor if you can! She is **** and makes sexually explicit comments/examples and rants about subjects rather than teaching chemistry course material!

If you have the time to sit and play with the computer program the class is a easier than other organic chems but if you don't take that time you're not going to make it.

i had her for diabetes class.. i was lucky to get an A in the the class. Make sure you do all the homework that she tells you to do. Read the text that she tells you to read, go over your notes and if you don't understand her, try to see her after class. You get to have an open book for your final, so take good notes and write everything she sa

I've never had a professor so degrading to her students. Some guy asked her which chemical to use for the lab, and she humiliated him in front of everyone by asking him if he ever passed 2nd grade. Her quizzes are atrocious. You could write exactly what she says in clas on your quiz, but she'll still mark stuff wrong. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This class is so hard. I busted my butt studying everynight. All her exams are online so you can practice them a million times till you get an A. (good luck) She's an ok teacher. PRACTICE THE PRACTICE EXAMS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. The only way to pass the class. DO the extra credit assignments, it boosts your grade so much.

She can hardly speak english, she needs to learn how to listen to her students, and answer the questions they have. She doesnt speak very well english. She expects alot out of the class, when it was only a freshman seminar we were doing labs. Taka an easy freshman seminar to boost your grade, not fail you.

Organic is difficult - so work hard and listen to what she has to say! take notes, read the book, work problems and don't be lazy! Then you might deserve and actually earn an A. If you can't do that then go back to kindergarten.
