The class was straight forward, but I am suprised at his lack of professionalism. I am all for good stories, but his lacked taste and appropriateness. Talked of alcohol and drug use at almost every class. He looked to me to be a very sad and lonely man when out of the limelight.

Prof. is the most straightforward i've ever had. He goes over all the homework and makes difficult material easy. The tests are right from the homework and the final is 95% identical to old tests. There's no reason to get below a 3.0.

He is the best accounting professor in the world. His classes are super funny, he has great personality, and his teaching style is awesome. He brings real life accounting problems to the class, so you are not just learning theoretical accounting principles. Two Thumbs Up Cataldo!!!!

He makes class very intersting with humor jokes. He might seem hard in the begining but he is not hard at all. Exams are right of the homework problems and his final is about 75% of the exams. I didnt do much and I got 3.5

His test are right off of homework problems. The final is cumulative, but they are the same problems as on the previous exams. Just go to every class. He explains the material fairly well. He brings a lot of humor to the class as well. Overall I think he is a pretty good professor
