AWESOME PROF. Hard to follow at times...but he isn't teaching anything really hard, so easy to go learn it at home as well if you are confused. Gave WAY TOO MANY bonus marks...I ended up with a final mark of over 105% in his class. Pay attention, and do all practice problems and get all bonus marks and you can easily get high 90's, or 100%.

Nice guy, terrible teacher. He means well but most of the "complicated" stuff he cant do himself routinely. Midterm (at leas this semester) was bunk, class avg. is failing. Marking is way off, following his constant example of "cut and paste" method i got half marks...probably great counsellor, nice guy...but shouldnt be teaching the class.

A bit of a nut, but pretty generous when it comes to bonus marks - if you take advantage of them the course is a great GPA booster. Lectures aren't worth it, but he grades you on class participation so i'd go. Everything in the course is super easy until you hit JavaScript, where if you don't understand you're doomed.

annoying teacher who looks like a biker and rants more than george carlin. his exam would be easier if it wasnt PURE java script based. dont buy the text, its useless unless you wanna learn how to change the font size in microsoft word. assignments are easy marks cause the TA's who mark them are generally lenient. ok, ok, alright, alright, ok, ok

OKAY! I didn't go lectures a few weeks into the semester having just found out that they were useless and a waste of time. Lecture material is on WebCT...word for word. Go to labs and do the assignments and you'll be fine. Share/buy a textbook with a friend. Overall easy class.
