Very nice guy - but he can't teach constitutional law. Very vague and unfamiliar with subject matter - little structure. Take him for environmental law instead, I've heard he's better.

I took a graduate reading class in Environmental Law from Al. I had to publish almost 10,000 words to fulfill my obligations. Was the research that made my career. Al gave me an A- and did I have to work for it. He and Bill Tilleman, former chair of the Alberta Environmental Appeal Board opened my eyes more than any other jurist or justice.
