I received a C in his class because that is the grade that I EARNED. Therefore, he was very helpful and taught the class in a way that made stats bearable to go to 4 times a week. I would recommend him if you are not good in stats, because you will pas with a C or better like I did. Awesome teacher!

I had him for 470 and 473. Honestly, the man is a pretty good teacher, but I think his tests were a bit too easy. The averages were always in the 80% range. I think his way of making our 473 final hard was by giving numbers like 0.0000013 for estimated parameters. Also outlining your hand for a pop quiz was 12% of the 473A grade...

Gave simple "attendance" quizzes almost every other Friday starting with the second week. You don't want to miss them. He is very thorough and usually clear. The exams are easier than the homework.

Very good professor. Very helpful outside of class and gives plenty of examples. Tests are pretty straight forward and if for some reason everyone bombs a test you can make corrections and get 1/2 points back. Go to class because he gives random quizzes!! and they are very easy!
