I wouldn't say he was not interesting, but it wasn't my best class either. Attendance is mandatory and most of the times, I wanted to skip class. He is pretty helpful; if you forget your essay, you can e-mail him telling him that you'll give it to him next class and he's pretty understanding.

One of the best courses I've taken in my four years at UNB. Great material that really forces you to move out of your comfort zone, which is what's suppose to happen. When you get to class IF you've done your reading it's a treat to find out all of the things you didn't see reading it on your own. Sharp, keen, genuine, patient, Excellent Prof!!!

Good man. Helped me a lot and was fair with giving extensions (without penalty! :D) Interesting class but readings are somewhat...well ...chauvinistic but it is pre 1900s lit so not much of a surprise. Overall good and easy class. A+!
