for span and politics, he was very intense. half of my class was scared to death of him. as long as you dont get intimidated by him grilling you you will be fine. it seems like hes picking on you a lot but it really teaches you to be able to defend yourself in spanish. seriously go to his office hours to talk about anything, he will love you for it

very difficult course since it's a poli sci class taught in spanish but he's helpful and truly cares for his students. he's tough on you but in a fair way. i sometimes dread going to class not because of him but because i fear that i havent improved since the last class and i'd let him down.

My favorite Spanish prof ever! He is so funny! And extremely helpful outside of class. Assigns a lot of reading, but it is a lit course after all. He cares about his students, which is awesome. Definitely take his course, unless you're someone who gets offended by sarcasm.
