Not recommended if you already know how to turn on a computer. The content is laughably basic, and anyone who actually knows anything about computers will be extremely frustrated because Dr. Anchan seems to have no use for you. Info Tech for Educators is a required course, and I recommend trying out some one else.

Doesn't understand that not all his students are at the same level. Assumes that you don't know anything. Not very approachable. Doesn't know how to work with large groups. Homework heavy.

I believe there is a reason why Dr. Anchan was studying for 18 years - the reason being that he is not very bright. I learned little in his class and consider his sources out of date (1990's). It is hard to know what information to expect for his tests and he is very UNCLEAR in his definitions. I do not recommend this professor!

The lectures are very interesting however, he wants you to think like him in order to pass the course. He failed about half the class in the midterm and said we need to think the way he thinks to get full marks. He expects alot...proceed with caution!

Definitely one of the most frustrating profs! Difficult to get a clear answer and is often impatient when asked questions. Expectations are not always clear. Seems to be distracted. Doesn't respect different learning styles. Friendly though.

Really funny and cares about the students. Does expect you to work hard, but will help you if you need it. His assignments and tests are no joke- make sure you know what you're doing. Study hard in his class and it will be a fun semester.
