Took both 221 and 221 from Andrew. Phenomenal prof. Excellent person to talk to as well. Consider him to be the best I've encountered. His courses require you to work for your grade, but since it's university you should expect that. Have been on the lookout for more philosophy courses he teaches ever since. Take his classes!

Highly recommended. Excellent professor. Easy to talk to, very helpful. Interesting subject matter - i particularly enjoyed the environmental topics, you could tell he has a passion for the subject. I took two of his courses and did very well in both. Doesn't hurt that he is easy on the eyes - keeps the interest up for sure ;)

Great prof. Went through really difficult and complex philosophical arguments and broke them down for students to understand. Helpful. Exams were fair along with assignments.

I was surprised by the interesting debating which happened during this course. His lectures are based off article readings and are very interactive. I had no problem understanding the concepts he taught. Also, For a BSc student this course has a small workload relative to my other courses, a relief.

Although I have a hard time getting to his classes these days, I always enjoyed his lessons. He is very well spoken, he knows what he is talking about, and for some reason unbeknownst to me, I found everything he had to say interesting. If you want to take philosophy, or need to take Natural Science, take him.

good guy who explains concepts incredibly well. Invites students to come and see him to talk about the essay. I found he marked essays tougher than tests and the final exam.
