Comment:

He literally does one question the whole class, and makes you feel like you don't know what your doing, when really YOU DO. And he makes things harder than they have to be. Quantitative Reasoning is suppose to be an easy class, but it makes me want to take an actual math class. I hate that attendance is tracked, u don't make progress in class

Comment:

Jumps back and forth on problems and CONFUSES you 24/7. Doesn't even know how to solve the problem himself. Do not take quantitative reasoning with him. Theres never a right or wrong answer, which may seem easy, but you never know if you're correct and he won't tell you that you are. Never finishes a problem and give you answer.

Tonge didnt explain how to do problem but had students instruct him how to complete the problem, he would do exactly as the student says, when finished would tell us its wrong & try to have someone else explain it instead of just showing us how to do it. Our class was 100 min & got through 4 problems max & always had a lot of hmwk, criteria is easy

Professor Tonge knows what he's talking about sometimes, but will be difficult and not explain problems or answer questions you have with a straight answer. He isn't available outside of class, arrives late, and doesn't finish the lesson before the class ends. Quizzes and tests take a long time but are not hard. Due dates for homework aren't clear.

Prof Tonge is an awesome math teacher. You just have to pay attention to his method. he uses a lot of British humor too, so it's pretty funny. Really easy class, a breeze.
