Took over summer., like Finance course 3220, this analysis class is a lot of work but it's pretty easy. All work is on myfinancelab and professor even tells you that if you put your mind to it you can get the work completed before the 2 week free trial period. Total time spent for this course was under 20 hours.

Comment:

Took over summer, not hard but lots of work on Mindtap. He is an understanding professor, his due dates weren't exactly clear the first week so he opened up some of the items I had missed due date on by 1 day so I could get them done for credit. Responsive to e-mails. Lots of help available for Mindtap, quizlet and chegg were very helpful for me.

Fin 3225!! Easy class. I finished this class in a week, but so much work. Just easy because just hit the solve button copy how to it and repeat the work on the homework. The excel projects easy. Basically your final grade is the same total as final grade in the program. I didn't even do the final project that you have pick a company.

This class isn't as much work as I thought it'd be. You pretty much have to teach yourself since he posts standard powerpoints/pdfs from the book. You use moodle in which you are required to post a solution to an end of chapter hw problem and take a chapter quiz every week. 100 pts for hw, 150 pts for quizzes, and 50 points for the final exam.

I thought this was super easy. I finish the course in about 2 weeks! It's one unit class. You just have homework and just hit the slove bottom and copy how to do it. The exams are the as the homework! Just put in the effort to learn it your slef. Everything is due the last day of class!

Fully online, took two of his classes at the same time and he was slow to answer any emails, I had to text him and even still he was not helpful and very vague when he answered. He does not design the class and has no idea how the online program works, he even said so

Fully online class with nearly no response to E-Mail. Heavy workload of quizzes, assignments, and blueprint problems due each week and take hours of time. If you can learn math from reading a book, without explanation, then take this class. If you cannot then take it with someone else.

Strictly delivers the class through the online system. Many ways to contact him,but he does not really do too much besides post slides. Not easy, have to teach yourself everything. Do not take him. The online system Mindtap also is not the greatest. This is the last online class I will ever take.

The hardest class I have ever took. You have to teach yourself everything, the readings he gives you do not teach you everything. I would recommend that nobody takes this class. It takes up all your time and barely leaves you time do your other homework. WORST CLASS EVER!!!!

Completely self taught. Unless you have a good concept of what finance is already, avoid taking this with Wagner. He gives no lecture material. I have had other courses online where instructors upload videos showing you how to do the formulas, none of that was provided in 3220. I feel this course has done a disservice to its students. Shame on you.

only online. 0 lecture material . must understand intense math & finance terms all on your own! it's no joke. look online before buying book, found pdf version! i recommend getting chegg study to help w homework questions, it's an edition behind but most of it is the same. takes up a lot of time! only understood 13 of the material :

He takes the tests from various test banks online and he doesn't really have to teach anything. I think taking this course online is terrible since it can get quiet detailed and require some explanation from an expert. The course should be taught in a classroom and not online.

Dr Wagner, is by far the best "Modern" instructor I ever had. I was an intl student back in 2008 (France).Based on my won experience with th French system, I find the variety of tools used in 2 of the classes were vry interestingboth in-class & online. Highly recommended if u want to learn real finance. helpul,modern, original &very smart person. F

Quiz's are tough! I think Wagner know this that's why a second attempt is allowed. Class is not very structured he posts quiz's randomly. Must read Reckless Endang., interesting book, and post for every chapter. Learned more from Reckless Endang. than course text. Class was completely online, and while he was helpful, it was hard without in person help. Sometimes it was hard to clarify the questions without being about to show him exactly what you were talking about. Used many different platforms outside of blackboard. The most homework I have ever had in college. I was honestly surprised to get an A.

He uses the online FinanceLab and there is HW and Quizzes almost every day, a stock exchange game, and an article discussion board that you must do. All are required. He is very good about helping students out and offers his cell to text.

Taking FIN 3220 online is no easy task. You'll need to spend a lot of hours working on the material. Lots of homework and quizes; these are important because they make up a majority of your overall grade. A virtual stock exhange trading game, discussion board, half hour live sessions, and the final make up the rest. Dr. Wagner is a good professor.

Business Finance was a hard class, and you had to attend "live sessions" and read the book, but it was an upper division class, so you SHOULD expect this class to be difficult..I passed with an A and studied about 4 hours a week. Then again, I'm a business major so thats whats expected!
