Dr. Dabczynski is by far the best professor at BYU. He is kind, inspiring, and so caring. He forms personal relationships with each of his students, and provides incredible opportunities. He's also hilarious! To do well in his classes, read the syllabus, read the examples he gives, and fulfill the assignments completely.

Hands down the greatest professor to ever grace BYU's campus! You'll never find someone who cares so much for the success of his students. He truly loves his job and his students. Smart, funny, nice, and holds high standards. Incredible professor, I owe him a lot.

Dr. Dab is wonderful, you could never have a more qualified string workshop teacher. Plan for practice time in your schedule and you can pass off the instruments easily. The workload is heavy for a 1-credit class, but the material is worth learning (most band teachers have to teach at least one period of orchestra). Lots of fiddle work- very fun.
