I'm glad she's gone. She was very pro-black and only focused on African-American history and their achievements to the exclusion of everything else. She talked on her cell phone during the final exam and sang out loud while we were taking tests. Ridiculous.

I dont recommend this instructor. I had to miss the first 2 days of class because my son with in the hospital under ICU, I came to her class.I explained what happened she said that I should go ahead and drop so i did, took Dr. McGehee, very thankfull

She is da bomb!!!!! Iwish I had her class when I was a freshman or sophmore, because the ideals she taught me would have carried me through my four year study at WVSC. This is a school that prides itself in having the most boring courses.

Professor Evans tried to get her students to think outside the normal way of thinking when it comes to history. She is a great teacher and I think every should try to take her class for it is very enlightening

Very rude, very obnoxious, unqualified. Never does she stick to a syllabus or even the topic of the class. Each meeting is simply a time for her to talk about whatever she wants to, usually political, and always controversial.
