the absolute WORST professor I have ever taken a class with. I never studied more for a course in my college career, which was pointless. Her exams were super tricky and unfair. My ciw tutor (who had just been accepted into med school) thought it was harder than her MCAT. She puts biochem on an entry level bio course. NEVER take a class with her

Hardest course I took at Bing. I spent 4-5 hours a day trying to learn the info she gave us. The class requires hard work outside of class. I earned an A in this class so it is possible, but not without putting in the time. Do her hw problems, even tho she doesnt give you the answers theyre still helpful to see the types of problems on exams

Worst teacher. The class is hard. Shes not approachable. I hope someone listens to these complaints her and gets rid of her. I understand she wants to challenge students but its ALOT of info and not enough time. during class she asks if everyone follows but we just sit there w/blank looks. shes not clear. rushes through things. not good!

very hard class. don't take it unless you have to. i suggest taking it somewhere else. you may think its ok for the first 2 tests but tests 3 and 4 are the worst! she doesnt explain things well and she doesnt listen to her students well either. avoid avoid avoid!!!

her class is really hard. you can study all you want but her tests will bring you down no matter what. she cant teach at all. people have to take this class 2 or 3 times before they pass with a decent grade. it really is the hardest class at binghamton. warn your friends! dont take it unless you really have to.

this woman is incredibly hard. if you are taking this class, chances are you have to and there is no other way out of it. she is strict about grading and let me tell you, she rips you apart. work hard or don't take this class. even with the work, you'll still struggle

The brains of the bio dept, she clearly understands her craft.However, she is not very good at teaching it to students. The textbook and homework are helpful for understanding the material, but it won't save you from her unnecessarily difficult tests(basically a series of 40 trick questions). Luckily,tests are a relatively small part of the grade.

First of all this woman is extremely intelligent and she does everything she can to help students in the bio department. She is not the best lecturer but if you arent stupid or lazy, the textbook and mastering bio will help understand harder concepts. There are much worse professors...like Horwath or Parker

She has a really heavy accent. She's a really cute little old lady and she tries to be funny but she's just unfortunately not. Her tests are really hard, but the quizzes are only 11 questions but only 10 count so you get like an extra credit question. Her class is really hard, get a tutor ASAP if you take her class

Enriching class. ATW = adorable, but she is in her own little world sometimes. ATW lectures reasonably well, but one must refer to the textbook. It really helps clarify details that she may have glossed over: a lot of information and not enough time. Tests are fair and it is very possible to do well. If you are lazy, don't take this class.

ATW is the meat and potatoes of the Biochem department. Her and Karl run the show. You cannot avoid taking her for 302. She is not very interesting to listen to even if the subject matter is. Her tests are very difficult and do not reflect the amount of detail that is gone over in class. Do not expect her to be forgiving in grading at all.

(Read the text book as you should in any bio class) Too bad a nice upper classman couldn't tell me that. Her test questions are so ridiculous and she will purposely try to trick you and she does!

She confuses her intro bio class with her biochemistry class. She starts off the semester with a chem lesson. I'm sure the class would be doable if she taught us at the level she expected us to perform at. But like the person below mentioned, she taught us in class like children. And dont think about complaining to the bio advisor- SHES IT!
