Anna is an awesome professor! She is understanding and she listens to her students. She assigns a little bit of homework every class, but if you do your homework and show up to class you will do well. I would definitely take her class again. :)

I would highly recommend her to anyone taking English. English is my least favorite subject but with Anna's great way of teaching I passed with an A. She really makes it easy for students to work on writing papers. Gives clear instructions and feedback.

Anna is very lovely teacher, and really wants her students to succeed. She likes the class to be well acquainted and often does small group session to discuss short stories/poems, etc,. Attendance to class is mandatory mostly because a lot of her grading is based on participation. Generous marker so long as she can tell you read the material.

VERY nice teacher. She is the epitome of a great teacher who cares about her students. Don't understand why everyone's complaining about the group work, Anna regularly does group activities so that students become familiar with each other which makes it easier for students to present. Wish Anna taught higher level English

This is a good class if you need to brush up on your English before taking university-level English. She gives a lot of small quizzes which are usually really easy and will boost your mark. Class can sometimes be boring as she does group work a little too often (we are not in elementary school). Otherwise, she's a good teacher - and understanding.
