Annie has been my favourite prof during my time at UNBC. I have taken 3 classes with her, A's in all of them. Lots of reading, but I developed a system for her journals early on that has worked out. She's wry and sarcastic, so if you're super sensitive maybe not for you but I think she's brilliant. She appreciates straight forwardness and humor.

She says you're entitled to your opinion, you're not. Don't get your hopes up. Provides no feedback, just says that she wants your opinion, even if you write your opinion throughout the entire paper. What she really wants is her opinion and her lectures fed straight back to her. She is also arrogant and condescending.

Annie is brilliant. I have never seen a more passionate and intelligent (not to mention, hilarious) professor. Her lectures are incredible, thought-provoking, and inspirational. If someone says they didn't like her class I know right away we won't get along. Best part of my degree, hands down.

Incredible lecturer. If you keep an open mind and attend this class with the objective of improving your understanding of personal and professional ethics not only will you achieve a good mark, but also gain important skills for a future in resource management. Lectures are idea and discussion based and the readings are great.

UNBC should get rid of her. She enjoys putting down students. I recommend taking online ethics could instead of what she offers.

Provides no feedback on assignments. Also takes excessive time to mark assignments. Relies on the TA to mark the majority of assignments. Likes to make appointmenys with students then not showup. Overall a very disappointing post secondary experience. I can't believe I paid for this.
