Almost everything he teaches is from the textbook so missing some classes is fine. The tests were very long but nothing surprising on them. Put in some studying and it should be an easy 80%.

Arok is definately QUIET!! But he is a good professor, knows his stuff, and i have learned a lot from him this semester! I would encourage anyone interested in lingustics to take his class! But just like everyone esle said.. make sure u sit close to the front!!! :)

Oh Arok, what an easy going guy. He's quiet, but articulates and you get used to it. I'm walking out of this class with an EASY 90%. I'm an average student, and this class is eeeasy! Just remember to study a bit!
