Assaf is a great prof for those who know and are interested in finance. My heart bleeds finance but I can see why he would be an average prof for those not interested in the material. His exams are like his inclass problems, so attendance is a must. Overall, he is a great prof if finance is your forte.

this prof is completely unprepared all the time; because of this he has to curve the marks like crazy. I did not learn anything in this class simply because im not interested, yet i got a B which was impossible when i did the math with the syllabus. in 5 mins he said "ok" over 100 times. he's there to help sometimes but doesnt use clew. easy A.

This Prof is simply AWSOME. He explains very well and also Explains in-depth on what will come in the exams. Not only that he sometimes gives sample questions in the class which will also come in the exam. Assaf is a really good professor and you BETTER attend his class. If you attend his class there is no way you will fail his course.

Absolutely horrible. He will not teach you, then make you feel stupid, then yell at you for asking for help. As long as you put effort in, you'll get a good grade... but for what you go through, he's never a prof worth taking. AWFUL... and I did well in his class.
