She decidedly picks on a student every semester. If she loves you you know it, and if she does not you feel it every time when you are in her presence. Her negative attitude is obvious to all, but no one wants to upset the mighty Dr. Spindler. Worst college professor in all my years. Watch out when her mood swings!

I had Audrey many years ago. I see things have not changed and she's still weeding out the slackers from the serious students. If you want to do well, you need to get into her head and understand her. Sit back, keep a low profile, and make your comments count. If you speak just to hear your voice, it'll come back to haunt you.

Dr. Spindler is one of the hardest teachers I've ever had and I had her for both Nutr. 203 and 205 and I'm sure I'll have her again. Tests in both classes are really difficult and she makes trick questions and doesn't understand why most of the class failed. She definitely does have favorites, too...

A 5 unit class that is great if your aim is to lower your GPA. She has favorites and she gives bonus points to some classes but not others. She also recycles tests from previous semesters which she's handed back. Many students have those tests and have an unfair advantage.

Dr. Spindler truly cares about her students. I think alot of people complain about her because she challenges her students' abilities to memorize material. People should be thankful she doesn't test with essays. The material isn't difficult to grasp. If you are good at memorizing, you will be fine. The subject material for this class is interesting

I am just glad I survived it--hardest class-hardest teacher. If she likes you(grad student) then you got it made-if not, good luck. I have seen her make students cry,drink,stress out, fail the class. If she feels you have imporved big time because of her help you will pass her class. Work hard ask for help and you will survive:)

she has a compulsive obsession with her students knowing everything she says so her tests are killer. You can do well on all the papers and do all the extra credit and you will still be shocked at what grade she gave you. I wish there was another instructor that teaches all her classes because I will be avoiding her classes as much as possible.

She is the worst teacher in history, and if you think you are going to get an A forget it. Her lectures are very unclear, her test always surprices you, and no matter how hard you study its useless. The only thing that will save you is your paper, go into her office as much as possable and do it on a uncommon subject that she knows litle about.
