Good luck, do yourself a favor and get Chegg Study. Incredibly disrespectful to students and little availability to meet outside of class. Very stubborn, everything he says is law, is never wrong on his class. His quizzes are take home but don't state question point values and he takes off points for seemingly unimportant things

Large amount of work, but this was a blended (online/in-class) summer session over four weeks. Topics were presented clearly. Save your questions for a one-on-one after class. You go over quality and statistics, so take this before ITEC494 if you're an AETM major.

The class itself was tough. Very statistics heavy. He explains the concept and gives you one or two examples on how to do the problems and you're pretty much on your own for the rest. The tests mostly were questions from the book and not very math heavy.

The entire year is just presentations. Every student does one presentation but it takes 20-50 minutes just to do one presentation because he interrupts you the entire time. The tests are only from the book because he doesn't teach in class (because there are always presentations) so you basically have to teach yourself. Theres tests and 2 papers

Comment:

Among the best professors I have had at Millersville. He is funny with great humor. You learn a lot if you put the work. Quizzes and tests are fairly easy if you pay attention in class and do your prep and homework. I have had several courses with Dr. Nakhai and he was always very understanding and helpful.

It is obvious that Dr. Nakhai is intelligent, however when it comes to his teaching ability, he is mediocre at best. He does a terrible job at explaining key concepts and treats you like you're stupid if you ask him a question. Extremely harsh grader and he has extreme OCD with organization. The only positive thing I can say is easy quizzes and hw.

He's a tough teacher but very understanding. He wants you to succeed but you need to read the book. Don't just use the slides to study for exams. The homework and quizzes aren't hard and will help boost your grade!

He's a horrible professor. If you ask any questions in class, he responds with "figure it out." Not very helpful at all. He does not give any partial credit so if you mess your answer up by one decimal point, you can lose all the points for that question. Its okay for him to make mistakes but not you. Plus, his lectures are extremely boring.

Professor Nakhai is very clear about his grading policies, so you can get a good grade in his class if you prepare ahead of time and don't slack. He was very helpful for me throughout the semester and I appreciate the guidance that he has given me. He expects participation, as it is part of the syllabus and your grade. Really enjoyed the class!

It's impressive how well Professor Nakhai knows management. It's a tough class, but he's there to help, IF you are willing to do your part and show you care. He'll assist you with work, as long as you don't show up last minute. I enjoyed his class because it gives students a chance to get involved instead of endless PowerPoints. Great professor!

Dr. Nakhai's teaching style and helpfulness made the course very interesting. The reflection article presentations make the course a real memorable experience. You work hard and learn a lot from his classes. He is definitely very knowledgeable in international business. Highly recommended.

He is very intelligent in his specific field and is very professional; however, his teaching ability is weak at its best. He is often tough to understand and uses too much jargon for his words to actually carry any meaning. He also punishes students for asking questions. Nakhai can be a great professor, especially if you get on his good side from the beginning! Do good work and you will be rewarded, he is harsh but very fair and he takes note to hard work, respect, and good potential. Many students don't give him a chance but I enjoy his class and plan on keeping in touch with him after graduation!

Nakhai comes off as harsh, but as the semester goes on he's a really nice and funny guy. His tests are difficult but read the book and powerpoints and youll be fine. The writing component of this class had very clear instructions was not difficult at all. Overall, Nakhai is a very good professor who cares that you learn the material.

You work hard completing the assignments, but learn a lot in return. His lectures are well organized and rich in content, especially on the TQM, service quality and six sigma topics. You learn a lot and Dr. Nakhai's articles on quality helps to better appreciate the course materials. Highly recommended.

The most interesting class I have taken so far! Very interesting format and thought provoking. The reflection paper/presentation requirement is real beneficial. I learned a great deal by reflecting on my assigned research article for class presentation. Strongly recommended.

in the beginning of his class i thought he was a jerk who didnt like ITEC majors. by the end i realized he is a really good and a solid teacher. he is helpful if your willing to put the work into his class and he is willing to admit when he is wrong. though i will admit he rarely is

It was an honor to learn from him. I appreciate all that I learned in his class and I will definitely apply what I learned to my current and future professions. Everything was well organized and proceeded smoothly. It is a challenging course but you will learn a lot and if you ever need help he will help you. It is a good class that I enjoyed.
