Great professor and a great class. One of the few courses where it is actually applicable to the real world. This class is a must take before you graduate. Dr. Ben cares about his students and dedicates countless hours to see his students succeed and get the best jobs there are. Best prof. at RBS hands down.

He's awesome!!!! Teaches you things that you need in order to land jobs - both technical and soft skills. One of the most unique courses I have ever taken, and definitely walked away feeling better prepared for interviews.

POMPOUS. The class started well and it seemed like we would learn alot, but then it just became stories of what he's done and how much he pays for ties. He spent 13 of the classes teaching sales and soft skills instead of the valuation that was on the syllabus and which he is expert in. Take a different prof for this course.

Dr. Ben's Investment Banking class taught me more about finance and accounting than all of the other finance and accounting classes I have taken COMBINED. He's an amazing professor that truly cares about his students. His tests are challenging but he really prepares you for the material and the class is no BS. Great guy, please respect him.

he is the best teacher i have ever had. his exams were not by any means easy but they were fair and he never put things on there that he did not teach. he makes everything very easy to understand and is so helpful.. always a mob of kids at his office hours, he cares a lot about his students and is an absolute GENIUS ..so glad i was able to take him

Dr. Ben is probably the best teacher I've had so far in RBS. For finance majors, he is a must take whenever possible. RBS should keep Dr. Ben, Longo and Winder and fire the rest of those clowns that can't teach or speak English well. RBS would improve if that was the case.

I wish I could give him a bad rating just so his classes don't fill up as soon as they open, but he is by far the best teacher at RBS. I had him for a 3 hour class, which are just terrible, but I found that his 3 hr lectures went by faster than normal classes. The material can be difficult but he makes sure that everyone understands it completely

BEST PROFESSOR! I'm in the 3 hr section on Monday nights and he holds attention for the entire period. Great speaker, lots of industry experience, really helps you understand book concepts and ties them to real world application. Exams are very fair, learn the concepts and you'll get an A. Cares about students and wants you to land a killer job :)

One of the best, and certainly most famous professor in business school. His classes are for true finance majors and not for some chumps who just want to get by. You should take it seriously and listen to him carefully in class since he usually doesn't write anything on the board. Study hard and you should be doing good.

BEST PROFESSOR IN RBS! If you go to RBS and not take this class, you probably want to graduate with a normal job. If you want to really understand Finance, take this class!
