Expecting to receive an A in his class, I ended up getting a B instead. His tests seem very easy however he wants it answered his way no other way (Even if your answers right). He is very awkward to talk to and he gets twisted up in his own word during his lectures making it very difficult to follow along. Wouldn't recommend.

VERY TOUGH CLASS. he makes it even harder. he teaches tough topics giving you a lot of crap during semester and then at the end he says that exams are 6-hour take home.thats unfair! he makes confusion. homework is required but once he said he wouldnt collect anymore because solutions are on book. at the end he graded considering HW. too bad.

Its nearly impossible to do bad in the class. This guys lectures, remind me of the news forecastor. Its not that hard. Hes a good guy toooooo. Dont bother him, just ask questions. He wont raise your grade if you ask.

Very helpful professor. Knows his stuff very well and you will learn a lot about Finance. Only midterm and final exams +some homework. If you do the HW, you'll find the exams are very easy. Also give sample exams. He would help students after class. PACE needs more professor like Wilson. GREAT GREAT GREAT!

Great Professor. Helpful and more than fair grader. Nice guy as well. I had to do two presentations for this class, which I dislike presentations. However, I did not mind them in this class with this professor. Both exams are on blackboard. I recommend Professor Wilson.

He is a decent finance professor; not hard - so you will not fail, even if you're really dumb. He is a bit boring as a teacher and isn't too dynamic when lecturing. Make sure to do homework for a grade boost, take notes and listen in class - the tests are on the class material and the homework.

Comment:

Take-home exams do seem attractive to students. However, it doesn't mean that you don't put in efforts. The group presentations on different research papers were really good as you can learn from each topic. His lectures were very clear, and very organized for the ease of understanding. Highly recommended.
