I loved Beth! I'm in her class this semester, and have her for HSC 113 next semester too and I'm glad it's with her. She is very quick at responding to emails, tries her best to help you, and her notes are organized in a good way. Definitely enjoyed this class because of her!

The course itself is hard, but if you are interested in a proff who likes what they do then she is the one. She does laugh at her own jokes, and she has family who are doctors and nurses...so no excuses. Attendance is required, and she will ask u why you are away.Tests are tough but it is the content that is tough. She always returns emails. Good!!

Beth is the cutest prof ever! She laughs at her own jokes, it's adorable. She is so passionate about what she teaches. It's a challenge but it's a university course so why wouldn't you have to work for a good mark!? I love Beth, she will reply to any questions over email almost instantly and it's very understanding. I highly recommend her class!!

An amazing class! I was dreading Biology, but Beth made it interesting and I'd even say 'fun'. As long as you do all of the work, attend every class and study a little for the exams, you will do fine. I wish I could take another class with Beth, but I only need one science.

Beth is an extremely knowledgeable prof. She is very friendly and laughs a lot. Her classes are a lot of work but she makes it as smooth as possible. I think she cares about her students a lot. She's really nice and will help you with anything. She appreciates hard workers and students who are determined and prepared to study. And she loves bugs!

Beth is an extremely hard marker. Her notes in class are very unclear, so when you go back to study you have no idea what the notes mean. If you want good notes in her class you really need to pay attention and put everything into full sentences. Whenever I went for help she never really answered my questions, so I was left to do them on my own.

Beth knows her stuff, is extremely helpful and is so nice! However, she's a tough marker and gives tons of assignments, quizzes, etc. Tests are tricky so know your material. Her classes have a fantastic atmosphere. She rocks!

Beth is an extremely hard marker. Her notes are quite unclear. Typically, when reviewing notes, I don't know at all what she was talking about. If you want a BIG challenge choose beth, if you are still learning how to write exams, do not choose beth. BUT! she is a nice person , and very bouncy. I like her, but not her teaching style.

Beth is a hard marker, but that is just to emphasize to first year students that precision is important. She is very helpful once you learn how to ask the right questions. For a student with absolutely zero biology background like me, Bio 105 was alot of work, but I did well; Beth made it thoroughly interesting and enjoyable; and yes, I did enjoy her infectious laugh, too!
