This class was horrible. Stinchombe said on the first day it was basically a grad course he doesn't let grads take. Six books to read plus a textbook. 20 page research paper. lectures were totally biased and hard to follow.

BEST PROFESSOR AT SYRACUSE... this guy is hillarious - and he makes you enjoy the material. Don't listen to this other guy - the general concepts are the most important part and he's one of the few professors that actually and emphatically outlines this stuff clearly... AWESOME GUY - so funny take all his classes

stinchcomb is NOT a good teacher, yes he is quite brilliant and yes has a lot of good anecdotes, but he DOESNT TEACH YOU ANYTHING, he goes over basic stuff like pearl harbor and then tells a story about what he was doing at the time; but its a pointless class. I stopped going a long time ago
