He talks a lot about anything but math. He does not teach the problems he simply has his back turned towards you 98% of the time doing the math problems on the board. He does not explain what he is doing. You never know when a test is until the class period before. There were sometimes were we did vocabulary and he had no idea what the answer was.

Mr. Thompson is a VERY scatter-brained professor. In the weeks since I have started my fall semester I have lost how many times classmates & I have corrected his math. The math that he is teaching us is simple basic math but he is having a very hard time just doing simple multiplying and dividing. I wish someone would have warned me not to take him

Had to correct his math on several different occasions. He didn't tell us the homework was online until week three, so I had missed the first four assignments, and was unable to turn them in "late." He's super friendly and approachable, which I appreciated, but he's not a great professor.

Honestly the guy just talks about baker college the whole enite class time. If not baker, he talks about Mona Shores. He doesn't even teach you the material, he simply just does problems. He is extremely rude when people get questions wrong, and sometimes even writes "not good" on tests if you preform poorly. just overall kinda a rude teacher.

Rambles a lot. It was only an hour long class and at least 15 minites of it was story time. It does'nt help that i've got the class with a kid that has aspergers and takes up most the teachers time with questions.

I didn't have the best experience with him. He seems nice but can be very scatterbrained. He will sometimes break out into random story during lecture. He is fairly approachable, albeit awkward. He definitely is a sports fan so if you're an athlete or show interest in sports you'll be favored upon. If not, doesn't pay too much attention to you.

Took Bill in math40, did great, tried taking another teacher and got a 40% on test one, got a 98% on his first test. Would never NEVER take anyone else for math 40 or 50. He goes over things many many times so you understand it, he does this on purpose. Lays everything out for you on test and homework. Funny guy, it helps break up the material.

Great teacher!! He really cares about whether you get it or not and will not move on until everyone is on the same page. He gives lots of helpful handouts. I would take him again for a class in a heartbeat!!

Classes consist of him doing math problems on the white board. Personally, I loved the guy and his random stories. He also did half of my test for me because I was the last one done and he wanted to leave lol. I really hate math and suck at it but I got a B-. "Root-Root"

He seemed bored with the subjec. Hewent through material too quickly and would go off-topic alot.I did not pay for him to chat I would not have taken this class at all and would not recommend him. He knows his subject and seems like a nice guy; but not understanding if someone isn't as mathematically inclined as he is.

Didn't like his personality at first, very dry. But as time went on, I began to like his corny jokes more and more. He'll talk a lot, and go over subject matter WAYYY to much, but it helps a lot of people who don't understand. Good teacher!! Recommended. Geniuenly cares for students learning. Would take him again!!!
