Comment:

Professor Bill is old school teacher. He only have theoretical knowledge of Oracle. Only read the outdated slides in class, wastes whole time and gives the labs of each class as homework which are due midnight. Assignments are also given every week. Doesnt help much in completing labs. Grades the mid term and finals strictly. No attendace no marks.

Weekly assignments that often weren't marked for over a month. Didn't respond to emails. Lectures were just re-used ones from years ago. He just read off the slides. Didn't give a course outline. He was willing to help in class though if you needed it.

Bill is one of the greatest profs at Humber in IT department. Very cool guy with an excellent personality. I took with him different courses and I enjoyed all of them because I liked his teaching style. He spends lots of time on almost each slide and makes sure that you get everything. So, if you have a question, ask him immediately. 10/10

He is a very nice teacher, especially to those immigrant students. I graduated in 2002 from Humber and I still found the course useful in my job here in China. My current job is English editing for a learned journal on oceanography. I really miss you, Bill.
