Great class. explains everything in detail and will stay late to help you understand it more. Tests are easy if you show up to class and pay attention. if you do not go to class you will fail easily. Super sweet guy, funny but can get off topic just tell him to get back to it and he will.

The class was fairly easy if you make the effort and come to class. straight forward and very helpful with labs and will actually walk around and help where it is needed. My chem lab prof. didnt help or ensure we understood everything so I appreciated that about Bob. He is always friendly and answers any questions,offers help for bone test too

He is very helpful and wants us to understand all material clearly. He posts exactly what he wants us to know on Blackboard so we can easily access it and study for the exams. Did not need a textbook. This class requires a lot of studying to pass, but that will be with any instructor. He will give you great study material.

Bob is a good lab instructor, test are very fair. He goes out of his way to help you understand and offers to help in any way he can. This is an instructor who is always there for you. He wants you to be successful. His study guides are good if you use them. Highly reccomend Bob!

Lab reports and question sets took about 1-2 hours, gives the answers during pre-class presentations. Laughs @ own lame jokes. Not as bad as everyone makes him seem, although i wouldn't take him again.

He is not that bad! It's lab, it's not the most fun class, but I got an A and he is the only lab instructor that actually helps you with the labs. Dont ask questions about the notes. He was nice to me and study the bones hard!

Bob is a nice teacher, but is a little "dry". I think that Lab teachers need to be more in sync with the lecture, because Bob was more technical than the lab/texts books. We did get off subject a lot, which was irritating at times. I wish he would have started reviewing the bones in lab earlier in the semester than the last 2 classes before finals.

Bob is a great lab instructor. He takes his time to help students grasp the concepts he is teaching, he has the patience of Jobe, and will go out of his way to help. I have never met a more friendly and helpful instructor. Do not believe anything negative said about him. You will be glad you had him as a lab instructor. His tests are very fair.

This is probably one of the worst profs i had at owens-very rude at times. Study everything and don't waste time on his reviews. He tends to not be specific with his fill in and short answer test questions. He doesn't allow for questioning him in anyway either. He gets defensive and not able to discuss like an adult.

I found it difficult to understand Mr. Emptage. I felt he was somewhat manipulative to get the students to do work and show up every week (which I did anyway). He would schedule exams on the Saturday before Easter or on Halloween to make sure students came to class.

Bob was very nice, very helpful, and very informative. The only drawback I would say for this class is that his lab reports are longer then other teachers, when you take a test he doesn't give you a study guide, just tells you everything he said in class was fair game. Will pass this class, but more work then other classes.

Had Bob for A&P I lab and he was great. He was never rude in that class and was always quick to laugh with us and help us find things if we needed help. Tests are okay... but you have to study. He gives great notes in class. He also asks for an awful lot on lab reports when they only count for two points. That was the only thing I really didn't lik

Wow, I never seen Bob display any negative characteristics. He seems like a great guy who really wants his student to fully understand the material and do well. He was always very patient when I asked questions. I would have taken him again for 212 if not for conflicting schedules. He does expect you to (gasp) study and read the book.

Condescending & rude are a couple ways to describe him. Had him for micro lab, labs were easy, tries to keep u for whole class period, "reviews" for tests, but might as well tell you to study everything. Can seem nice, but snaps in a second, if u make a common mistake or ask a simple question, he patronizes you. Tests, never got more than an 75% on
