Granted, his analogies are very odd but he's also very animated and funny, especially when he words something in an odd way due to English not being his first language. He is very interested in seeing his students succeed, and I can say from personal experience that he will stay around and help you if you need it.

He's a tyrant, plan and simple. His marking scheme needs to be questioned and as well as his teaching skills. A regardless of what Bob says ('sez to me, Bob'), compositing artists don't make $100,000 a grand a year. If that was true, I wouldn't be taking the bus everywhere and eating kraft dinner.

It's Bob's way or the highway. The only problrm with that is that he'll tell that to the entire class every day for an hour. If he was able to coherently get his ides across in a timely manner without falling into a trap of creating unnecessairily complex metaphors he'd be ok. Oh, and he's an ass.
