Had Bob for Perc class, Private Lessons, Perc Ensemble and anything percussion related. It was terrible. He loves to talk about himself and his accomplishments, be prepared to listen. Would answer his phone during my lessons and almost never made me play, he was too busy asking me to delete the cookies off his computer or how to send an email.

One day, I made 2 columns on a piece of paper. On the left side, I took notes on relevant course content. On the other, I took notes on the info Bob provided about himself, his accolades, and the famous people he knew. Guess which column was longest? I owe $100K in debt to LVC and it occasionally bothers me that some of that was spent on his class.

Like a stern father. Kinda stuck on himself and who he knows, but when youre that carzy talented and connected, i feel fortunate that he puts the amount of trust in me that he does. He teaches you how to teach yourself, and that doesnt sit well with a lot

Bob is obnoxiously concieted and can't be told that he's wrong. His classes drone on and on about his accomplishments that have no relavence to the class at all. His midterm is a joke until you realize you got a c on it because you missed a mintue detail about the snare drum. Cant take a joke either

Bob is too conceited to be teaching students. An adjunct professor should not be allowed to insult students and, especially, insinuate that they will not be able to make a living as teachers because they don't perform too. Someone new is needed for perc.
