One of the best professors i've had in college so far. She's nice, helpful, and far from boring. You do have to read the texbook, but overall, she is a great teacher and fair grader

Comment:

Professor Burns-Whitmore is a great teacher. She has two midterms and a final, weekly quizes, and a nutritional self study. The tests and quizes are easy, and it makes it easier if u just make it to class because she goes through everything really throughly. Some of the take home assignments seemed like busy work, but she grades really easy.

Comment:

This woman means the best for all of her students. She is very nice and always willing to help and asnswer questions. With that said, she is one of the boringest professors i've ever had. She lectures between 50 and 150 slides each class with no backgrounds on the powerpoint. I fell asleep many times. Good class to get other homework in.
