He focus on writing using critical thinking with attention to biase,fallacies and problem solving.Unlike others he uses his own note. He never ask you to write 5-6 pages of paper using Rogerian and Toulmin model.Rather, he ask you to use picture and project to present your argument.His course requires you to write two simple MLA 3-page papers.EasyA

So so so so easy. He gives you two weeks for each assignment and usually will extend them. He basically lets you turn in anything at any time and will give you full credit. He says "We're all busy, we all have lives" I love that. He lets you correct ANY and ALL assignments at any time during the semester so it is near impossible not to get an A.

Dr. Bostian is the most helpful professor I've ever met. He answers questions in class, and responds to e-mails quickly. His assignments seem a bit complicated at first, but he explains them in a very clear-cut manner. I've never enjoyed english this much. Plus, he's pretty witty.

I loved him. Always tries to compliment and encourage , especially the shyer ones in the class who weren't so good at writing (like ones in my group projects.) I can't think of a better English teacher to have!!
