I think that so many people this class and teacher sucks because they're so used to blow-off classes. Brad is a tough teacher and I studied hardcore, but I learned a TON in his class. It was my favorite class that semester.

Good luck passing this class. I worked so hard in this course reading, studying, and gave it my all. The tests are absolutely ridiculous. Each question was a paragraph long and one small word could change the answer completely. Very Very difficult class and would not recommend to anyone. Also he is rude and does not care if unsuccessful.

McDonald was a tough grader. He treated us as if we were graduate law students. However, if you go in for his office hours for help on the assignments, he will help you and give you all the info you need to get the highest grade possible on the assignment. DO THE HOMEWORK. He curved it at the end and it ended up saying my grade. Study for tests

This class was not easy but it is only tough if you do not take advantage of helping opportunities. Mindtap really helped with the clarity of the subjects discussed in this class. I do think the professor could have done the lectures differently in order to help students with the test because they were hard.

Sadly, all the negative reviews are true. There are three exams, several in-class assignments along with Mindtap homework and extra credit. If you don't show up to class, you won't pass the class. Do yourself a favor and take this course at a community college; it's not worth it to ruin your hard-earned GPA by taking it with Brad McDonald.

He posts outlines to his lectures online. His lectures are full of good examples. His test are a little difficult. He makes you do essays on cases he makes up and grades like we are lawyers. He is also very unorganized and grades everything himself. the turn around for papers and tests are about 3 weeks minimum.

The guy truly doesn't know how to teach the material. He teaches the class as if all of us are experienced lawyers. Tests are completely situational so it makes preparing extremely difficult if not, almost impossible. lectures are long and boring.

Text book was poorly organized, but he posts notes. The tests are hard, do all the online homework. It will be your saving grace. Hes a bit of a jerk but also hilarious. Passing is a challenge - I worked really hard and will probably get a C if I do well on the final. I imagine most of the class will fail. Womp womp.

The class was awful. If Brad is teaching it, save your money and take it online or at a community college. There are three tests and he does not help you prepare for them at all. He makes you write papers in class for a grade then teaches you what you need to know about them. Probably one of the worst professors in the College of Business.

Goes over lecture notes in depth in class. He provides well detailed descriptions of legal definitions and gives examples for a clearer understanding. He is very passionate about the class. One of my favorite professors because he demonstrates his knowledge about the subject very well and it is easy to understand the material after he goes over it.

If you get a chance, take this class at your community college. This is business law, and he acts like we are all law students and supposed to know everything. You could give your absolute all for this class and still be lucky if you pass with a C.

Online hw is easy, but take a long time. Papers are kind of difficult, but he usually guides you a little. Tests are ridiculous. They aren't all that long, but it is very difficult to prepare for them. Prof. McDonald isn't clear on what you need to know for them, and when I went up and asked him for help, he told me to read the chapters over.....
