Comment:

Best programming teacher ever. People complain because her labs are "vague" and she's a tough marker, but you just need to be focused. Brenda never turns down a student asking for help. She's very organized, intelligent and fair. I tried my best in her class and it paid off in my new job as a programmer. Highly recommend: 10/10

I have one year previous of VB.net and achieved 86% overall for 2 semesters, after having her for a teacher on labs and assignments i maintained +90% and 48% on the tests. Her skill at testing and maintaining a clear consise grasp on the subject is terrible. She needs to have a practical aspect before she can have a teaching aspect in programming

Awesome teacher, very underrated due to lazy students. Do the assignments, labs, read the book, review, and there is no way you will get under 80%. Tests are predictable (she likes using q's from the book), she is extremely helpful. On the tests, q's can be unclear, but welcome to the life of IT. Likes her wine :P I would recommend!

Her tests are sometimes difficult to understand what she is really asking, but if you pay attention you can do well. I think she is tough but I at least learned something from her, UNLIKE MOHD!! Also I don't think she holds grudges because she had a thing against me, but was always very professional and willing to help.

Very optimistic! Good instructor. Most of the time is helpful. Her tests are predictable, but her questions are so hard to read. Sometimes, they don't make much sense. Oh yes, students never have time to finish her tests.
