Science major took org theory because I had to. This man is all over the place, going off on so many tangents that the point of the course is rarely clear. Graded one of my case reports by drawing a giant question mark over the page. When I took it too him he suggested I write it again, without any insight.

Solid teacher. Provides real life examples and draws upon his experience in the work world, enhancing the material. He's a fair grader and an accessible teacher. Fabulously entertaining, he frankly talks about his life screw ups and usually ties them into course material miraculously. Highly recommended.

I loved him!He is somewhat unclear with notes but with the text book it helps. What he wants for case studies is unclear. Borrow examples from friends! He is available for help and DO visit him. He awards points on tests if you show interest. He grades fair and is a fair guy..not to mention his is soooo entertaining! I recommend taking him!

Great professor! Funny and entertaining. I never watched the clock. Conveyed the information well and used a lot of case studies to help us understand the material in the real world, which is what business is all about. Highly recommended. Oh, even though it's not required, going to class will really help your grade.

Terrible professor. Class was a complete waste of time. He could be entertaining at times, but overall he was a complete bore. Two tests were major component of grade but were complete B.S. Basically they were based off of one guy's opinion of business management. Overall, avoid this idiot at all costs.

I like his teaching style. If you go to class, you'll learn the material enough that reading textbook is not necessary. I love professor who can teach well enough that I don't need to do a bunch of reading before attending the class to understand the lecture like some profs. He also very kind and flexible. Very FP-type :) Cool guy.

Steffy is the man! His tests are almost all based on his notes and are very straight forward and simple (sometimes too simple). The only other grades are three case analyses... very simple. Overall, an interesting class for an easy A!
