Nice guy, but quiet boring and drones on. He is helpful if you go talk to him, and will raise marks if you argue. One time I saw something dripping from his beard. Still not sure what that was all about. He is like Santa!

Interesting material, but i'm afraid he messes it up a bit. Gave us a final with five short essays and two long essays (total 13+ pages, single-spaced, in two hours). Extremely disorganized, I'm still waiting to get my essay back, even though I handed it two days BEFORE the deadline.

Prof. Woodrow is amazing. His lectures are very clear and easy to follow, despite the fact that he doesn't seem to have any of it written down. He's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely interested and appreciative of his students. Consider yourself lucky if you have him as for a prof!

Prof. Santa is definitely a very good prof. Another pillar of the department. When he retires, it would be a tramendous loss for the dept. He is an excellent prof. in every respect and definitely deserves the teaching awards he's won!

he's quiet, he reminds people of hobbits or santa claus, and he's in france most of the year, but he's got a great mind and really cares about his students (although that's not always obvious, as he's in france all the time).

Can't hear a thing this guy is saying unless u sit up front. He tended to ramble a little too much and he expects way too much with essays. Most lectures be expected to come out with 1/2 written notes, don't give u enough time to copy it all down
