Brigitte can be a little rigid and scary but she is very passionate about this class. It is a lot of fun and you are exposed to more french culture. Assignments were fairly easy as long as you attend class and pay attention to the films. CREDITS are very important!!

Brigitte is a great professor. She expects you to show up and work hard, but as long as you're trying, she will notice that. She has a great sense of humour. I found her to be amazing and I really loved taking a class from her.

Worst teacher I have ever had. Never been so belittle in my life, broke me down to tears on more then one occasion. I strongly suggest that you stay away from her. I personally will never take a class from her again!

She definitely wants you to show up for class, be prepared, work hard, and participate. She's cheerful, expects a lot of her students, and has a sense of humour. I think she's great, and she's intimidating enough (in a good way) that she motivated me. She seems disappointed when students don't try hard, and is really happy when they do.

Brigitte is, as many have already stated, tough but fair. She is very knowledgable and, as long as you give the material your best try, she is willing to help you out. She wants her students to succeed. You have to work to earn high grades in her course...but you will be better for it!

Brigitte is a great prof. She's challenging but really wants people to work hard and succeed. I'm a laxidaisical student, and she made me work hard, and my french is better for it. She has a good sense of humour, and is very willing to answer questions and help out. I'm really surprised her rating is blue, cause I think she's great. Thumbs up!

This teacher is really awesome. I had her for translation 300. She's hard as hell, but really makes you work your ass off! If you work hard, you'll get rewarded in good marks. Consider 75 a blessing in her class.

She may not act like it, but she loves it when you speak up. She was so mean to me, but pulled me aside to tell me how well she thought I was doing. She'll give you extra help if you need it, you just have to talk to her. Sometimes she contradicts herself, but you get used to it. Tests can surprise you, they may cover the unit or EVERYTHING!

I had this teacher for Translation and I though she was good. I disagree with the comments here. I agree, the class is hard and she doesn't give good marks easily. But this is a 300 class and you have to get used to hard classes, if you think Univeristy is easy you are wrong. She explained everything clearly and was very nice with the students.

The average in our class would have been a lot higher if it wasn't filled with first year idiots who treat their profs at university the same way they treated their teachers in highschool. Brigitte was nice, but you can only be so nice to people who have no interest in learning.

Worst prof EVER. she doesn't explain anything about the chapters to you until ater you've writen the exam. Not helpful AT ALL. Has no rhyme or reason to her marking. AVOID her if you can unless you enjoy feeling frustrated or visiting the tutors all the time.

Awesome teacher, goes beyond the textbook to teach you the grammar and language you will actually use in french conversations. Love her teaching style, her spontaneity, and her charm. Very sexy in her own french professor way.
