Dr. Raudenbush is a great professor. He is a tough grader but at the end of the day you need to be challenged in your pursuit for education. He challenges you to analyze and ask questions. You will not make it through his classes by not doing anything. You get what you put out in his classes.

Raudenbush is a tough professor for sure. Psych 115 is sort of a right of passage into the program at Jesuit, and should not be taken lightly. If you are a natural at math and SPSS, you will breeze by. If you struggle, Dr. Raudenbush isn't the most approachable guy to talk to. You can not avoid the class if you are a Psych Major, so be ready.

The professor brought the learning level of the class below where it should have been. I did not feel like I was in a college classroom, but a lower-level high school classroom. I felt as though my time would have been better spent reading the book on my own, rather than sitting in his class being talked-down to.

I hated that a psychology major had to take statistics...but Dr. Raudenbush is showing me how important this is. He gives great examples and makes sure I understand the material both in and out of class. I didn't know how important this was until I took this class. He is definitely preparing me for a psych degree at Jesuit.

He has been working with me through the summer...and this is his time off! I can't think of a better person. He's dedicated to students as his first priority. I have him now for statistics and pharmacology, and had him for intro psych. He rocks! He will make sure that you learn the material, and is always available (day/night) to discuss stuff. Dr. R. makes every class fun, and has a great sense of humor.
