Where to exactly begin with this professor. She is probably the worst professor ever. She doesn't allow computers in the class to even take notes or view the many essays she requires and it is 2018. She is hard to get a hold of only during office hours she can't check emails. Dialogue format never teaches. DONT TAKE THIS CLASS.

Very set in her ways, A student barely grows they just get used to the class, makes you hand in papers every class and returns them with only having glanced at it. Resubmitting papers with changed dates is rampant. Hard to reach and feedback very vague. Would be a great class in this were the 1960s, just take the class with another professor.

Professor Sosa wants everything her way or the highway! It was annoying at first but once you go further into the semester your articulation skills do grow, thats if you participate of course, if you don't you fail. Easy to pass if you speak just annoying and frustrating.

Says she has a disability that prevents her from answer emails, Gives to much work, Dose do a good job at explaining homework, will not take your paper if you are one minute late, Dose not do a good at answering the question we ask her, Her class is very tough. She doses her classes in a dialogue form instead of a lecture form.

Avoid this class, unless you are a masochist or want to start hating the subject. If you do, don't be one minute late, or you'll be marked as "late". Overall frustrating and confusing experience. You don't just study the material and write about it, but you have to present it in a specific format, which is unclear. I ended up hating the subject.

Plays favorites, asks for open communication but is very one sided, not encouraging, strict, 1pg paper due each class w/ confusing requirements that she NEVER reads. Participate!Few grades really weird+midterm/final. I want to major in PHL (which is super rare to find someone who wants to) but she basically dismissed me. Love reading don't like her

Awful class. Complete waste of an hour and fifteen minutes. The outline she requires you to write on the chapter each class is so easy to do but when you ask her about it her directions are unclear, I only learned off my classmates. She also looses work and marks it as no work under your name. PLEASE DONT TAKE HER WHATEVER YOU DO.

MCS: When I first started Sosa's class we did not see eye to eye at all. She gives a lot of hw but participate, do the work & show up early not on time bc on time is late/absence and you will be just fine. Class is an eye opener & learning experience. A+ from Sosa and I respect her much more after sticking it out. Would def take again!

Taking her for philosophy. she makes you write a one page paper due for next class, every class. take this class if you like speaking in front of crowds or if you like to participate in class a lot. 50% of your grad is participation. If you don't participate, you WILL fail. Prof. has a nasty attitude. No tests or quiz. 1 midterm, 1 final. good luck

She is rude and refuses to answer questions about the homework. I am generally an A/Honors student who does well in classes, but this one was just ridiculous. People drop her classes left and right and majority of the staff that I have mentioned her to don't agree with how he teaches.

Carolina Sosa is a very easy professor that I believe many students are to unwilling to give her the chance. When I took her class. What she asked for was confusing because she required you to write a certain format. Thankfully, you have students next to you who can help. Other than formatting everything is ridiculously easy, I promise you.

tough teacher she does this silly dialect way of teaching super annoyin like you're a teacher I shouldn't teach myself if that was the case I wouldn't be in RCC she gives hard homework reading u have to waste 10 cents daily for her class and her attendance is silly :59 is on time :00 or :01 is late and can't even submit your work she won't take it

this is middle school learning all over again. she gives h.w. to take a peek at your paper & hand it back. class is dull/boring her fav. line: "do you follow"very annoying. when i asked why is this called Multicultural Studies, when everything is about U.S. A she says read the sylabus/course description there's a reason the book is ONLY $5.00
