Hands down, Dr. Foster is the best of the best. I took many of her courses & she was actually the one who inspired me not only to major in history, but also to be a more critical thinker in general - research & credible sources! Love her!

Dr. Foster is Awesome! She is VERY demanding of her students, but she keeps you interested. Do NOT take Assassinations if you do not like doing a research paper! I love Dr. Foster, and everyone should have to take her. Very personable and approachable outside of the classroom. If you are absent a lot, do not take her.

Very entertaining and brash instructor. Took all 3 of her courses just because they were so informative/interesting. If you are not able to put a lot of time into reading the text or preparing your essays for the exam you will not do well in this course. 3-4 Exams, no papers, possible Pop-quiz if it appears the class didn't do assigned readings.

She is big on DETAILS and you work on a research paper that she grades very hard. She hates laundry list answers on the essays on the exams, however, she will tell you the exam essay questions prior to the exam so you know exactly what you are getting into. It's an amazing class, just keep in mind that she looks of the conspiracy angle of things

Carrie is by far the best prof I've ever had. She forces you to think outside the box, and opens your eyes to things you would never have thought of before. Conservative or liberal, everyone should take at least one of her courses. She's the best!!!

Take everything she says with a grain of salt and you will do well in this class. Her lectures were hilarious and interesting, but she sometimes contradicted herself. Nevertheless, you will never view the world the same after taking her class.
