Do ALL the labs and the hw and you should be fine even with bombing a test or two. I got a F on one test and a D on the other and still passed with a B. I've never had to study so hard in my life. If you are a good at word problems you'll be fine. No study guide, just a cheat sheet for the test(full size piece of paper). Final isn't cumulative.

King is so nice and does all he can to make sure people don't fail, but sometimes he doesn't fully explain the material. He claims that as long as you know how to do the hw then you should be fine for the test, but i studied the same way all semester and got B's on 2 test and a D on another. Sometimes the the test questions are nothing like the hw.

His class is very tough! He never assigns any reading, but in my opinion you need to read the chapters and do the problem sets to pass. He conveys the information very well, but Physics can be hard to pick up intuitively. Overall, Professor King is a wonderful professor and a kind man who is always willing to help his students.

I was surprised how good his reviews were. He must be a better astronomy prof than physics because my entire class agrees he's not the best teacher. Most of us, save for about 3, fail the tests and hope we pass with the curve. He's nice but he is confusing.

Do your home work and your labs he will accept them late so there is no reason to not turn in your work even if you missed the original deadline. All of his tests can be done at home open book. Study the power points and you will do great.

Great professor. I took the class online. It certainly requires work. Pay attention to the labs. Its is sometimes best to go to his office for help, but he will work with you. Quiz questions were on the test. Test has more questions. Great professor

Wow! I havent worked that hard in a long time. He worked with me almost everyday and I struggled to get a B. But he is an awesome teach, GO TO CLASS, you cant do this on your own. Test are hard but dont freak the first test you take is the hardest one

I worked my butt off for this class...his internet class...that is. And i was still struggling for a C. And im usually on A's & B's. I heard hes excellent in class...but DONT TAKE HIS INTERNET CLASS!!! ITS HORRIBLE!!!
