classes are long lectures and no one participates. people barely even showed up to class. she's nice but can be very unclear about her expectations. 2 midterms and an individual 5 minute final presentation. class is pretty easy but boring

This class was pretty easy. Towards the end of the semester no one went to class because all of the lectures are online. There is a decent amount of work, but if you put forth some effort you will definitely pass. The material is not hard to learn and the tests are fair. The professor is a bit spastic, but she is very sweet and caring.

This is probably the easiest class I've taken in my life, including middle school. She's extremely laid back and very sweet. Lectures are pretty lame though, but all her tests come straight from her Power Point slides. I recommend taking this class if you want an easy A.

Her class is very hard to sit through since all she does is read powerpoint slides. Midterm was hard since there are a lot of materials to remember. She is unclear sometimes, she can be very forgetful and won't be at her office during at times so it's inconvenient. She is a nice lady but I won't take her again.

Just go in and talk to her and she will love the fact that you put in the time to meet with her. Also, not too strict on late work. She genuinely cares about her students and is fun just to have a non-school conversation with. Tells you what slides she is going to put on the tests so just study and you will do great!

She's an awesome professor who's more than willing to help you out in any way possible. She's flexible - if you forgot to bring an assignment then you can e-mail it to her, let her know if there's something going on and you need to miss class, etc. I had an awesome experience in this class, received an A, and honestly didn't show up that much.

I am not sure why most of these reviews are so hard on this professor. I thought she was really nice and fair in respect to grading. I think if you put the work in and deserve it, getting an 'A' in her class is very possible. The only complaint I have is that she never responded to a few of my emails. I would take her again if I needed to.

Single worst class I have ever taken at LMU. Just another one of those classes that forces you to memorize details about management theory rather than instilling a high level understanding of management and leadership. She has 0 professional experience and her naivete is extraordinarily apparent. This class infuriated me.

100% guaranteed to be the worst class you will ever take in college. It's an easy class, but you won't do well because no sane human being can actually regularly attend this class. TAKE THIS CLASS IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOUR PARENTS ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF. She belongs teaching social studies to 4th graders.

Cathleen is an easy teacher all you need to do is participate in class and study the slides for tests. She will give points for almost anything and the Personal Developement Assignments are like writing in the lighthouse christian journal or your blog. Overall a snoozer but next to graver the easiest MBA professor.

I was looking forward to this class, but boy was I wrong. She is incredibly boring and lame. She talks down to her students as if we are in elementary school, while putting herself on a pedastool.
