This professor, while not a bad person, is a terrible professor. His test questions are vague and he is not open minded at all. He does not make it clear what will be on tests and he gets off topic to often for paying attention in class to increase the clarity. Readings are your only chance.

Very boring teacher. Tends to get off subject a lot on things that don't pertain to the class. His tests are hard and all he does is read from his notes during the entire class. His syllabus had many errors and differences within it and when asked questions about a paper he didn't undersatnd the assignment.

Dr. Neal is can be very nice and alot of fun once you get to know him. So if you just take ONE class you will give him a frown, but after you take a couple and he gets to know you Dr. Neal is a very nice man.

Most probably the worst teacher at the college, Chaz thinks he knows a lot about law, yet never took a law class in college...he told me this. His class was a joke, he is immature, and should be forced to resign. Students gain nothing from his inability to read and form proper sentences, and he thinks he is on top of the world when he is a joke.

He is extremely knowledgable but tends to ask rhetorical questions that can be maddening. He encourages students to do the readings and test their knowledge in class. He is more than willing to play devil's advocate just to stir the pot! Pay attention to his lectures and his exams tend to be unpredictable! Still study.
