Comment:
Absolutely awful made my semester hell! He was such a hard grader the writing center tutors even thought his grading was outrageous grades A papers and gives them a C not one person in the class liked him. He also talks about irrelevant things i could have never gone to a class and would have been fun, hes all about himself.

DelCampo turned me into an English major. The content he assigned has been prevalent in the rest of my college career. He made me aware of my writing and analytical skills. I still have his glossary of poetic terms! He taught me the difference between "really," "truly," and "very" and provided great feedback. Loved him, loved his class! Take him!

his class is pretty boring and he thinks he funny and definitely is not. you have a paper due every three classes, but they are only 3 to 4 page papers, usually based on experience or opinion and you give alot of oral presentations. dont take him if you dont have to.

Del Campo is a good guy. He assigns a lot of work but you don't have to do about 60% of the readings he assigns. If you can write then this class is an easy B+ - A-. He is very helpful and fair. Five 3-4 page essays and a research paper for his college writing 2 course.

Class can be boring if you have no real interst in Literature. Course is a little in depth for an intro class, and there is a lot of reading (expecially first half of the semester). Overall, he is a good guy, fair grader, and passionate about the subject matter.

Run away! Classes are so boring, barely answers anyone's question without turning it into a 30 minute digression. Quizzes are hard since it's all analyzing and if you don't analyze it like him you're wrong!

is very fair and challenging. just read and write a little paper for every class and you should do well. lectures are boring. if you're not naturally good at analyzing lit, don't take this class.

quix in every class, final unfair, considers a presentation to be a student reading entire paper, needs to lecture on subject first before assiging it, doesn't keep class at high level for non-english students
