This guy makes even the most boring topic interesting to listen to, just because he's so enthusiastic about it. I swear he must be on crack or something...and if you want to feel really good every class, take one of the 80 min. classes with him - he doesn't like to go over an hour with his lectures, so you get out early!

Great prof. He's so enthusiastic about the course even though it's very basic material. He explains everything thoroughly. I went to see him for help prior to the exam and he was very patient and helpful. My only complaint is that he goes a bit TOO slowly through some topics. I guess that's necessary for some individuals in the class though.

Probably the best prof I've had so far. He was able to make everyone understand difficult concepts. Always had props to help convey his thoughts. Looks just like the guy from MythBusters.

Most boring class in Waterloo with one of the most boring profs in the Faculty. Chris tried to make the material interesting, but well... you can't save everything. Really easy class, but you still gotta study... there's surprisingly a lot of material.

An excellent prof who is both engaging and gives good and thorough explanations. The course was pretty easy and I'd have to say the only downside (and it's a big one if you don't always go to class) is that the only resource for the course is the course notes (no text) and the course notes need to be filled in at lectures to be useful.

He's very enthusiatic and happy, and I love his potatoe heads and the little props he brings to class. He's a very fun prof, and even though i had to wake up early so that i can attend his class because i didn't want to attend my other later cs class, he kept me awake, should always attend each lecture if possible. If u start, skipping ur screwed!!

AWESOME teacher! He's passionate about teaching and it shows. Kept the course interesting / engaging. Very clear, precise explanations. Patient and helpful after class. An overall nice guy - watched him resolve a conflict situation with a lot of tactful coolness / mannerism. Seems uber enlightened.
