The best professor I had as a freshmen, and the most interesting lectures. You can tell he knows a lot about the material and is very passionate about what he teaches. It is graded solely by papers, but as long as you put in the effort, you'll get a good grade.

Never talks about anything on the syllabus and never uses the textbook. He likes to talk about anything but what were supposed to. He gives essay outlines but never explains it nor goes over the material for the essay. All that really counts is the current events and the random essays.

This class was extremely lecture heavy, I did not learn much about the subject. He has his own political belief's and is defensive. He said he textbook was required but never used it. We had 3 papers all semester and he never gave an outline just a topic. Tried to meet with him but he never made himself available. Not a good teacher.

His class is all lectures, and I found them to be very philosophical with stages of political realism. If you absorb just a little bit from each class you attend, you will have no problem writing the the end-of-the semester paper that will basically count as 100% of your grade. I will be taking my 3rd and 4th classes with him next semester.

His lectures really have nothing to do with his assignments and he goes on and on about irrelevant topics in politics. If you write an assignment he gives it to his TA and lets her or him grade it. Doesn't agree with others political views.

One of my favorite professors I have ever had, he is a very well carried man with tons of life experience and stories to share with you. His classes are lecture structured and he gives you 3 papers the whole year, thats it, and I'm pretty sure if you write anything he gives you an A. I would highly recommend his classe

Very easy to get a good grade in the class. Chris is a wealth of information, incredibly knowledgeable on the subject matter and life in general. Take notes while he talks: you wont be graded on it, but everything he says if fascinating

I am departing Eastern now to transfer to another university, but I shall never forget him. It is almost worth staying for him alone. He simultaneously rewards creativity and original thought in students, and inspires it. He is marvelously well read, well traveled, and well spoken. His lectures were consistently enthralling and profound.

Easiest A you'll ever get. Coolest professor at Eastern. Attendance not mandatory and there is no book. He knows so much about the world you go just to hear him talk. Class has no structure, just him telling his life stories. Would take him again and again. Assigns one paper at end of semester and pretty sure he just gives everyone an A

This man is great! if you need to fill a tier or just want an A added to your transcript then take this man! all you do is take a final exam that is half take home and will most likely end up with an A

Great professor, doesn't take attendance so I was one of about 10 students that attended class regularly. He kind of speaks with a bias but nobody in my class knew/cared enough to rebuttal him, made me care about the subject very much

Very interesting professor. He teaches through storytelling. Attendance isn't mandatory, but I went to almost every seminar and glad that I did. This man knows so much and I feel lucky to have been able to learn from him. There was 1 optional essay and the final is easy if you prepare it ahead of time. I will definitely take him again.

So chill. Interesting stories, easy papers, lax with the due dates. Easiest final ever. Just go, show your face, smile and answer one or two questions or better yet, ask one and you'll be set.

Pretty easy class. Sat and wrote down everything he said every class. If you take good notes, the few essays he assigns will be an easy A. You can basically copy the notes word for word and he'll be happy. Learned a lot also.

Dr. Vasillopulos ranks at the very top of political science professors at eastern. He teaches from his vast worldly experiences and is real----tells you how things really work in the world, the stuff you can't get from a text book. He is an asset to any university and eastern is lucky to have him. I am extremely grateful for having been taught b

Vas is the man. I'm finishing this semester having taken 15 credits with him, and all are gonna be A's. He rambles, but he's crazy intelligent, wants student involvement, and is the easiest grader in the world. DON'T BUY THE BOOK!!!
